Make a Plan and Do Your Best

So this happened yon Wednesday and the first 8,000 steps apparently gave me an adrenaline rush for the next 12 hours!

I was on the go all day long and I loved it! It was a windows down, music cranked up kinda day. 

The last part of my day was the best part of my day, although I was pooped. Mike and I picked up Tess and Manuel and even Tucker at the airport at 11:00 last night.

I crashed hard!

We have a full weekend planned, but I plan to stick to a daily blog of at least my food and activity. Gotta stay accountable through an extra long weekend of extra people at the house, a birthday party on Saturday and a Mother’s Day get together on Sunday.

My plan of action is to attend my WW meeting Friday morning and be a tracking Queen over the next the next several days so that I can stay on plan and enjoy myself at the same time.

Here are yesterday’s eats…..although boring and weird.

Breakfast – 6 SP

One Scrambled Egg with 1 T. Cooked Pork Sausage (1 SP), 4 Mini Pancakes (4 SP) topped with Berries and 1 tsp Mixed Nut Butter (1 SP)

Lunch – 5 SP

This is what I came up with from the fridge.

Roast Beef Slices rolled up and put on celery and then some on Cucumber slices, Carrots and Berries, 

 

Snack – 0 SP

Chicken Breast and Banana. Simple, but did the trick.

 

Dinner – 6 SP

The Lasagna is now gone. Having a yummy dinner three nights in a row and only cooking one day was well worth it, and we both liked it so much, we didn’t mind eating it for three dinners. You may think we’re crazy. We are a little bit.
