Keep Busy, Avoid the Kitchen!

I spent most of yesterday afternoon Christmas shopping and organizing it all when I got home.  I must say, when I keep busy, it’s a LOT easier to forget about food and stay out of the kitchen.

I’m headed out the door to wrap up my Christmas shopping today! (Pun totally intended!)  ðŸ™‚

Here are yesterday’s eats!

Breakfast

Egg White Omelet

with Bell Pepper’s, Onions and 2% Sharp Cheddar

 Fruit

Grilled Cheese and Apple Sandwich

Hummus and Veggies

Apple Slices with Almond Butter

Weight Watcher’s Points Plus

I can eat 26 PPV a day.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.

I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

My Weight Watcher Week Begins on Friday’s

 

Breakfast = Omelet, Fruit (2)

Lunch =  Grilled Cheese, Veggies and Hummus (8)

Snack = Corn Tortilla’a, Cheese, Carrots (4)

Dinner = Bread, Quinoa, Marinara Bowl (12)

Total = 26

Exercise = Brisk 20 Minute Walk

Activity Points Earned for the Day = 2

Activity Points Earned This Week = 10

Activity Points Remaining This Week = 10

How many glasses of water I drank for the day = 9

Remaining points from my 49 Points Allowance = 26
