I’m really enjoying this walking challenge! Instead of a chart at home, I post my progress on Instagram. Here is yesterday’s Instagram for my walking challenge.
I’ve made charts for walking in the past, and that did bring a log of satisfaction, but the unexpected amount of support that I’ve found with other WW members, and walkers on Instagram has been awesome!! I am going out of town Thursday through Sunday on a girls trip to the beach, and I know we will get some activity in (maybe even Yoga on the beach!!), but just in case, I wanted to make sure I got a little over 25 miles in during my first week, so I’m on track, and feel just a bit ahead of the game!

I had a lot going on yesterday, and never really was super hungry. I ate breakfast late, and dinner early. I had one glass of white wine, and a few peanuts and candy corn after stopping by a friends house for a bit. Damn you, candy corn!
