Day 1 – Thursday
Topped with 1 T. Almond Butter and then…
I thaw frozen blueberries in the microwave and it makes a great additional topping = 7 PPV
Butternut Squash Chili Recipe I added shredded chicken to this recipe and topped it with smashed avocado = 8 PPV
The Chicken and Peppers and Onion, I sautéed and added homemade Fajita Seasoning = 8 PPV
Gluten Free Cinnamon Toast with honey = 5 PPV
Total = 28
Day 2 – Friday
Egg Whites, toast, Fruit (1 un-pictured piece of toast) = 6 PPV
Tuna Salad…..Tuna, mustard, Olive Oil, chopped Onion, chopped Apple, Shredded Carrots, Salt and Pepper. I made a small wrap with some in a Gluten Free Tortilla. I snacked on this all day. = 11 PPV
More Butternut Squash Chili = 8 PPV
Fruit and a few cucumber slices = 0 PPV
Almond Milk Smoothie…..1 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1 T. Almond Butter, 1 Frozen Banana, Stevia = 4 PPV

Weight Watcher’s Points Plus
I can eat 26 PPV a day.
I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.
I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.
I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015
- I Will Choose One Occasion Per Month for Social Drinking
- I will go no more than two days in a row without some sort of exercise. (unless I’m sick)
- I will track every single day for the entire year. No matter what. I’ll track if I eat 26 points, I’ll track if I eat 76 points.
- I will RUN in a minimum of six 5K’s
Exercise = Friday, I walked 6 miles outside….brrrrrrr
