January Challenge, Day 3

My Saturday started off with breakfast out with a couple of girlfriends.

My afternoon involved a cozy fire, a little un-decorating, but mostly some movie watching.

My evening was filled with un-decorating and a ridiculous number of trips up and down the stairs.

Pretty simple Saturday.

Here are yesterday’s eats.

 

For the month of January, I am not eating the following items.

Snack

No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls

I’ve made these in the past using 1/2 C. of Better N Peanut Butter, in place of the 1/4 C each of Almond Butter and Peanut Butter that the original recipe called for. I made 20-24 small balls at 1 PointsPlus per ball. Yesterday I made them using 1/2 C. of Almond Butter, then I ate 5 of them! I counted them as 1 Point, forgetting that I had used Almond Butter in place of Better n Peanut butter! As I was writing this blog, I realized why I wasn’t hungry for dinner last night! Egads!!!

They taste great either way.

These are the original ingredients from Julie, over at PBFingers.com.

You simply mix all of the ingredients, roll them into a ball, and refrigerate.

I smashed them so they looked like a cookie!

Dinner

I was busy putting decorations away, and worked right through dinner. I had Mike grab himself something on his way home, and I didn’t think about food until it was really too late to eat, so I didn’t. I guess it was all of those cookies!!

 

Weight Watcher’s Points Plus

I can eat 26 PPV a day.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.

I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

My Weight Watcher Week Begins on Friday’s

 

Breakfast = Smoothie, Omelet, Fruit (6)

Lunch =  Butternut Squash Chili with Chicken, Avocado (10)

Snack = 5 Cookies (15)

Snack = Gluten Free Toast with honey (5)

Total = 36

Exercise = none

Activity Points Earned for the Day = 0

Activity Points Earned This Week = 7

Activity Points Remaining This Week = 7

How many ounces of water I drank for the day = 64

Remaining points from my 49 Points Allowance = 36

 

This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015

  1. I  Will Choose One Occasion Per Month for Social Drinking
  2. I will go no more than two days in a row without some sort of exercise. (unless I’m sick)
  3. I will track every single day for the entire year. No matter what. I’ll track if I eat 26 points, I’ll track if I eat 76 points.
  4. I will RUN in a minimum of six 5K’s
