Friday was full of all sort’s of fun, so I didn’t get a chance to write a post!
On Thursday, I did Yoga for the first time since the broken collar bone and it felt pretty darned good! I just did a 30 minute Restorative Yoga routine from my exercise on Demand station on my cable, but it felt good, so i am heading out the door for a Yoga class this morning! I’ve missed it so much!
I’ll get a blog in all about yesterday later this afternoon.
I’m looking forward to a great weekend and I hope that you are too!

Hi Stacy,
I just saw this comment in my email. I’m so sorry I missed it earlier.
I just wrote in today’s post about how I am In the Zone and then NOT In the Zone.
It can be so frustrating….and I know EXACTLY what you mean about losing the same 4 pounds over and over.
I ended my post today with a reminder that we need to recognize the positive changes that we have made and give ourselves credit for those changes.
I hope you had a great weekend and that you have a Happy and Healthy Week!
Julie
I came across your blog today via Pinterest, I found your writings inspiring. I am trying to get myself on track and I backslide more than I go forward. I appreciate your honesty with your struggles, sometimes I feel I’m the only one who can’t seem to stay on track. I have lost the same 4 pounds for over a month now.
