I’ve made it to Jazzercise two day’s in a row and if I haven’t made it clear yet, I’m really loving’ Jazz, Jazzercise that is. I really do like an exercise class environment and I’ve been there long enough now, that most of the steps are beginning to make sense and I don’t feel like such an idiot, and that’s alway a nice feeling. The no idiot thing.
I was successful at not over doing it while working at the Food Truck yesterday. Yay! I’m working there again today and tomorrow. Again, I followed my own advice and ate breakfast right before leaving the house just before 10:00, and I took two apples to eat when the smell of the burgers cooking got my taste buds all worked up! I ate my apples, and had one pork taco with no tortilla, so I had lunch at the Food Truck without going overboard.
I haven’t been to a WW meeting in weeks due to working now on Fridays. I really think a meeting is in order, so hopefully I can get to one on Saturday morning.
Yesterday was a really good day in the healthy living department.
