I started my morning off yesterday with a Hot Yoga class, where I was reminded how strong my body has become. I was reminded to be kind to myself and to respect the body that I have, no matter where I am in my journey. I left that class feeling really good about myself.
Starting the day off being so conscious of my body and what it is capable of, made it easier to focus on healthy choices and filling my body with the right foods. Knowing that I was making healthy food choices, put me in a great place mentally for the rest of the day.
That Yoga can be some good stuff!

I will run in a minimum of six 5K’s. Three down, three to go!
“love the life you live, live the life you love”
A grocery store salad bar became my “drive-thru” substitute a few years ago. I feel like when I’m out running errands, I can run in just about any grocery store and quickly make myself a salad.
It’s kind of my “go to” when I can’t decide what to cook for dinner too!
🙂
I don’t think of going to a grocery store for a salad and they do have a lot of healthy choices to make a salad with.
