Thursday is day 7 of my WW week, and although I wasn’t really happy with the way I started my week, I feel like I am ending my week strong.
Yesterday was busy and full and happy and good and I was chipper all day long. Maybe even a little sassy. (It was in the 70’s, my absolute favorite temperature! Makes me giddy!)
I woke up early and did a few chores around the house in the morning, followed with a Frothy Coffee on the deck in the nice cool morning air. I left just before 10:00 am to work the food truck for our regular Wednesday lunch crowd, then I went to an intense Jazzercise class. I pulled in the driveway after Jazz and decided to mow. By the time I finished mowing, it was 6:30, and I was now in the mood to do nothin. So I did.
Well…..except watch the Kansas City Royals with the hubs. These games are so much fun to watch right now and I love this team! Mike is enjoying the fact that I now know most of the players names, positions and numbers. I yell at the TV, just like he does while we eat dinner sitting on the couch. I’m not quite as emotionally invested as he is, but we are having fun watching. If we get more than two runs behind, he can’t watch. Cracks me up.

I did get all wrapped up in the cool weather, and drank a lot of coffee and hot tea, and drank very little water yesterday…..oops.

Kept it simple. Turkey Burger topped with an Egg and Avocado and a few apple slices.
Weight Watcher’s Points Plus
I can eat 26 PPV a day.
I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.
I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.
I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

Exercise = Jazzercise, Mow the lawn

This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015
I will choose one occasion per month for Social Drinking (um..this is a work in progress)
I will go no more than two days in a row without exercise. (I’ve done “two a day’s” to make up)
I will track every single day of the entire year. (I’ve only NOT tracked one weekend this year.)
I will run in a minimum of six 5K’s. Three down, three to go!
