Yesterday, my body felt tight from head to toe! Thankfully, there is a large variety of Yoga classes that are offered between the two places that I have been going to. One Yoga class that I have tried, and liked, is called Stretch, Relax and Restore. And that’s exactly what you do. It’s basically an hour and 15 minutes of holding long stretches, relaxing, and leaving feeling restored. I did that class yesterday, and it felt great. I took a break from walking yesterday, but I’ll get in a few miles today.
I’m keeping this short so I can get those miles in and take the dogs on a “sniff and stroll” before going to work the Food Truck today!
Here are yesterday’s eats!
You can click on the link for my recipe, but it’s your basic French Toast, using Trader Joe’s bread and egg whites to keep it low in points.
Salad Bar from the Grocery Store
Topped with Pico and 1/4 Smashed Avocado
Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt with
SweetLeaf Vanilla Drops
and Local Peaches
Guacamole and Celery for me. Chips for Mike.
I ordered raw veggies to go with the Guac. They only had celery to offer, which was great. Then I ended up eating 6 chips.
Chicken Fajita’s, No tortilla’s
Just a few Beans, Cheese, Sour Cream
