Stretch and Restore…..

Yesterday, my body felt tight from head to toe! Thankfully, there is a large variety of Yoga classes that are offered between the two places that I have been going to. One Yoga class that I have tried, and liked, is called Stretch, Relax and Restore. And that’s exactly what you do. It’s basically an hour and 15 minutes of holding long stretches, relaxing, and leaving feeling restored. I did that class yesterday, and it felt great. I took a break from walking yesterday, but I’ll get in a few miles today. 

I’m keeping this short so I can get those miles in and take the dogs on a “sniff and stroll” before going to work the Food Truck today!

I ordered raw veggies to go with the Guac. They only had celery to offer, which was great. Then I ended up eating 6 chips.

Weight Watcher’s Points Plus

I can eat 26 PPV a day.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.

I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

My Weight Watcher Week Begins on Friday’s

 

Breakfast = French Toast and Frothy Coffee (5)

Lunch = Salad (6)

Snack = Trail Mix (6)

Snack = Fruit and Yogurt (2)

Dinner = Guacamole, Celery, Chips, Chicken Fajita’s (14)

Total = 33

Exercise = Yoga Stretch Class

How many glasses of water I drank = 15!

Activity Points Earned for the Day = 2

Activity Points Earned This Week = 25

Remaining points from my 49 Points Allowance = 38

Alcohol Consumption = none

 

I’m one of those people that feel’s like things happen for a reason, even though we don’t always understand why.

This quote reminds me of that.
