Blueberry Oatmeal

January 29, 2015

I’ve been spending a lot of time in the kitchen lately playing with simple ingredients. I really like my Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal and my Oatmeal with Warm Cinnamon Apples for breakfast, but I hadn’t thought to play with the blueberries before.

This Blueberry Oatmeal really turned out yummy.

The frozen blueberries thawed in the microwave made this so good! I’m sure fresh blueberries would be great too, but then you wouldn’t get all of the yummy blueberry juice!!

    I hope you like it!

  2. Blueberry oatmeal–this I would eat…looks yummy!

    That cookie butter is insane!

I died when I read this. Is that the movie where they become roommates and the one girl copies the other ones hair cut and clothes?? I’m dying!!
    Too funny!

  4. So thanks to you I have a fun treat! One teaspoon Speculoos Cookie Butter on a banana! I’m over the moon for this treat! Perfect after my Butternut Squash Chili with Avocado and chicken and no chips for lunch! Feeling a little like SWF (remember the movie Single White Female)!! Loving the food ideas!
