Those Balls!

So, those Almond Butter Balls that I made on Tuesday tempted me all day long yesterday, but I only ate three of them with my breakfast and two for a snack after dinner, and then I left them alone for the rest of the day!

I’m feeling overly proud.

You guys….it’s a big deal.

Oh, and I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes!

Today? Get in some veggies and another treadmill walk! It just might be warm enough for a walk outside this weekend! Ahhhhh, fresh air and a walk outside? Sounds like a good weekend is just around the corner!

I sat at the end of the bar with the fruit! There were two fruit dips that were absolutely delicious! I passed on the deviled eggs, but I did have a small bowl of the Chicken Cheese Soup and one small glass of wine.

This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015

  1. I will choose one occasion per month for Social Drinking (I’m struggling a bit here….)
  2. I will go no more than two days in a row without exercise. (unless I’m sick..or break a bone!!)
  3. I will track every single day for the entire year. No matter what. I’ll track if I eat 26 points, I’ll track if I eat 76 points.
  4. I will RUN in a minimum of six 5K’s
