A Little Busy, a Little Fun

Sunday’s top to bottom cleaning and painting of the laundry room turned into a full on cleaning frenzy on Monday! The house feels fresh and clean! We did however discover that our 16 year old A/C unit finally does need to be replaced! At least we found that out in the first week of May vs. the middle of August!

Tuesday was a full day of appointments. One at 9:00, one at 10:30, and one at 2;00.

After a busy day, I met a friend at 4:30 for Jazzercise, then we did a little Cinco De Mayo dinner with some friends at a nearby Mexican Restaurant.

Weight Watcher’s Points Plus

I can eat 26 PPV a day.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.

I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015

I will choose one occasion per month for Social Drinking (um…this is a work in progress)
I will go no more than two days in a row without exercise.
I will track every single day for the entire year. No matter what.
I will RUN in a minimum of six 5K’s. One down, 5 to go!
