Yesterday I was cranky all day long. I haven’t had one of those days in a long time. I slept crappy the night before, I had a stiff neck, and I got a paper cut early in the day. I’m not even kidding. Let’s be real. A paper cut can jack with your whole day. Because of my stiff neck, I talked myself into and out of my 4:30 Jazzercise Class at least three times. After 4:30, I talked myself into and out of a 6:30 Hot Yoga class as least twice. After we ate dinner at 7:30, I changed clothes and put on my walking shoes. Then I sat down on the couch beside Mike (who also had a crap day) and never did go for a walk. We went to bed before 9:00 pm!
Today? I’m rested. I’ve already been out for a 3 mile walk. We’re having Cobb Salad for dinner. I will go to Jazzercise this afternoon after working at the Food Truck!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken Salad with Black Grapes on a bed of mixed leafy greens.
I used 4 oz cooked Grilled Chicken Breast and 2 T. of the dressing listed below.
Honey Mustard Dressing – Makes 3 Servings at 2 Tablespoons per serving.
2 T. Olive Oil
2 T. Whole Grain Mustard (the stuff with the seeds in it)
2 T. Honey
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons = approx. 4 PointsPlus

I will run in a minimum of six 5K’s. Three down, three to go!
