January Challenge, Day 10

No time for chit chat today. Mike took the day off (literally a miracle) and we are spending the day together. I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend! 

For the month of January, I am not eating the following items.

Here are yesterday’s eats….

Breakfast

Fruit, Toast with Almond Butter, Black Coffee

Chopped Salad

(Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrots, Kale, Sunflower Seeds)

Topped with Turkey Taco Meat and Salsa

Snack

1 C. Almond Milk, 1 Frozen Banana, 1 C. Frozen Cherrie Blend

The color looks awful, but it tasted really good! It was super thick and it took a long time to drink, so all in all, a really satisfying snack!

5 1/2 oz Salmon and 5 oz Sweet Potato

Weight Watcher’s Points Plus

I can eat 26 PPV a day.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.

I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

My Weight Watcher Week Begins on Friday’s

 

Breakfast = Fruit, Almond Butter Toast, Coffee (3)

Lunch =  Salad (8)

Snack = Smoothie (1)

Dinner = Salmon, Sweet Potato (10)

Total = 22

Exercise = Walked 3.5 Miles outside in the COLD

Activity Points Earned for the Day = 4

Activity Points Earned This Week = 4

Activity Points Remaining This Week = 4

How many ounces of water I drank for the day = 96

Remaining points from my 49 Points Allowance = 48

 

This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015

  1. I will choose one occasion per month for Social Drinking
  2. I will go no more than two days in a row without some sort of exercise. (unless I’m sick)
  3. I will track every single day for the entire year. No matter what. I’ll track if I eat 26 points, I’ll track if I eat 76 points.
  4. I will RUN in a minimum of six 5K’s
