Weight Watcher Friendly Chocolate Frosty

You’ve likely already seen this recipe. It is all over Pinterest, so I’m certainly not claiming to be the originator of it, but let me tell you, it is easy, and it is super satisfying for the sweet tooth.

I count this as ONE SmartPoint. I do not eat this very often. If this is something that you might eat on a daily basis, or at least a few times during the week, then I recommend that you enter the ingredients into your WW Recipe builder as a drink, and track accordingly. The recipe builder will calculate this as 6 SmartPoints when added as a drink.

Those calories can add up through the week if you enjoy this on a daily basis!

  1. 1 C. Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
  2. 1 Frozen Banana
  3. 2 teaspoon Cocoa
  4. 1 Packet of Sweetener of your choice (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth,
