Although these frigid temps are crazy right now, we have power, cozy socks, a lotta coffee and snacks. Snacks are important!
Kansas City is doing the rotation of forced power outages. We were only without power for about 30 minutes today. Fingers crossed that’s our only outage.
How are you all doing? Hanging in there? Stay strong. Stay safe.

- White Chicken Chili from What Great Grandma. Found while searching Paleo soups. SOOO Good.
- Vegetarian Butternut Squash Chili from Cookie + Kate. I love this because it’s unlike any other chili I’ve had.

Hi Julie. On these cold days I like the 30% less sodium Instant Miso Soup for a snack. Little packets of mix with 6 oz hot water. Takes the chill off and helps me be less hungry!

I love nf greek yogurt mixed with cheesecake sf pudding mix. A dab of Cool Whip. Add a few berries or cooked apple or peaches or pumpkin and cinnamon.
I could eat bananas with any kind of nut butter all day, every day.😂
Oatmeal! 😊 That pumpkin is like a big oatmeal cookie to me in the afternoon with a cup of hot tea!

I love the caramel bars. But another go to snack is a banana with a little bit of peanut butter on top. Fills me up! I have tried PB2 on it but I just love me some Jiff (:
I love the individual oatmeal, especially for these historic winters we are experiencing in Texas. It’s easy to prepare and is so warm and soothing after I’ve walked the dog.
Chocolate. I never met a chocolate I didn’t like. Maybe you dip some fruit in Chocolate??? Yes? lol
Love your blog. Favorite snack? I like apples + peanut butter (made with PB Powder). For WW snacks, a favorite is the BBQ potato crisps.
How can ya go wrong with caramel? Am I right? Gooey and more gooey. lol
Anything chocolate🥴. My quick go to is dry cereal, pretzels. It should be fruit!

What a great idea! I am trying to be more mindful with snacks as they can get away from me. Right now it’s Popcorn and my version of Grace Oatmeal bread but made with bananas and no yogurt in a muffin tin. Just a little something in the afternoon. I haven’t tried the WW bars/snacks yet.
BTW how can I get info on joining your virtual group. I think you’d be a great leader 🙂
