Yesterday in a nutshell.
I walked 3 miles. I registered for a 5K. Yippee! I finally made it over to visit a friend of mine who has a new baby. Adorable. I forgot how much Mike and I both love Quinoa. I’m addicted to these stupid sweat pants that I bought at Walmart a few weeks ago.
Yep, bought em in Dark Gray, Light Gray, Black and Light Gray Capri’s! The most important thing to me when deciding what to wear for the day? Being comfy. This is what you will find me in 90% of the time. Tank top and comfy pants. Seriously though, who would NOT want these Walmart gems??? Guys….they have pockets!
Oh, and…my doggies were groomed yesterday and now they are pretty and clean.
Speaking of pretty and clean…..
We’ve been doing a few things around the house to clean it up since it is 16 years old. Hopefully the landscape project that was started last week will be finished by the end of today and the yard will look pretty and clean. So many of the shrubs were dying, we decided to have all of them removed and start over.
We have a painter coming today to make the baseboards and window sills and Mike’s office look all pretty and clean. It feels good to be getting things done and freshening up the house a bit.
My mom is coming over for coffee any minute. She’s always pretty and clean.
I have plans to go to dinner tonight with girlfriends. I probably won’t be able to leave the house today for an exercise class, so maybe Yoga on Demand?
Now if the dogs could just move in with my daughter and we could get all new carpet. Ahhhhh, pretty and clean.

Frothy Coffee made with Pumpkin Spice Coffee and sprinkled with Pumpkin Pie Spice, Un-pictured Almonds

Quinoa Bowl made with 1/2 C Cooked Quinoa, 1/4 C Black Beans, 4 Scrambled Egg Whites, Salsa and One Queso Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge

150 g Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt with Vanilla Flavored Stevia Drops and Cinnamon mixed in, and strawberries added.
Dinner – 12 PPV
This is an awful picture! Dinner was odd. I made a Quinoa Skillet with leftover chicken, but there really wasn’t enough for Mike and I each to have dinner, so I gave him most of it, and I looked for something else to eat with my portion.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.
I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015
I will choose one occasion per month for Social Drinking (um..this is a work in progress)
I will go no more than two days in a row without exercise. (I’ve done “two a day’s” to make up)
I will track every single day of the entire year. (I’ve only NOT tracked a few weekends this year.)
I will run in a minimum of six 5K’s. Three down, three to go!
