I thought it was going to be a relaxing day, but it ended up being another chore day. I think I am caught up for awhile now though. 🙂
I got in another great walk, and I am really liking what the scale is doing these last few days!
Breakfast
All of the Pumpkin items on Pinterest had me craving it before Fall even gets here!! I have another Pumpkin Pancake recipe that is four pancakes for 8 PointsPlus. I created this one without using any greek yogurt, and less oatmeal that is in the other recipe. I think they both taste great though! This recipe makes three pancakes.
The real yumminess for both of these recipes, is topping them with Pumpkin Butter!
Pumpkin Pancakes for 3 PointsPlus
topped with 1 T. Pumpkin Butter
1 Egg
Frothy Coffee

Lunch
Morning Star Spicy Black Bean Burger
1/8 Smashed Avocado with Lime Juice and Sea Salt,
Edamame, Apple
8 PPV
Snack
Frozen Strawberries, Frozen Banana Chunks, 1/2 C. Skim Milk
a few drops of SweetLeaf Vanilla, Blended
Topped with Blueberries

Dinner
Turkey Spaghetti over Zoodles
Salad, Garlic Bread

Two Slices of this bread = 3 PointsPlus, and it is fabulous! Crispy crust, soft in the middle, not too much garlic butter!
Weight Watcher’s Points Plus
I can eat 26 PPV a day.
I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.
I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.
I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.
