Before I talk breakfast, I have a short story. Really. It’s just a paragraph. I was out before noon yesterday to run my ONE mile. I went with my friend that helped me get through the TWO mile run the day before. I knew I was good with only running ONE mile this time out, but together, we decided I could pick up the pace. I almost died you guys. I stopped for a second (twice) near the end to catch my breath, then started up again. Well, no wonder I almost died! We ran ONE mile in 9:50! And that includes my two baby stops! It was my goal to run one mile in 10 minutes by the end of June, and I guess that happened! It was NOT fun, I am NOT excited to do it again, and I CAN’T imagine running a 5K (OVER THREE MILES) at that pace!
Okay, now that I’ve made a big deal outta nothin’, here is a list of some of my favorite breakfast!

Lunch = Leftover Kabob’s, Sweet Potato (6)
Snack = Smoothie, Almonds (5)
Dinner = Pizza, Salad (15)
Total = 30
Exercise = Ran ONE mile, Walked three miles
How many glasses of water I drank = 9
Activity Points Earned for the Day = 5
Activity Points Earned This Week = 18
Remaining points from my 49 Points Allowance = 23
Alcohol Consumption = none (I have an open bottle of red, and it was hard to not have a glass with that Pizza!)

When I am “In the Zone”, I tell my husband…….”Remind me when “I’m Out of the Zone” and frustrated with myself, how happy I am and how successful I am when I am “In the Zone”!
